Start/Close date: The promotion ends on 31 May 2023 (Promo period).
2. REQUIREMENTS
2.1 To qualify you must meet all the following requirements:
2.1.1 Entries valid in SA for a MAXE product fitted at an approved dealer.
2.1.2 One product/fitment qualifies for one 10% discount voucher.
2.1.3 Only purchase and fitment during the promotion dates will qualify.
2.1.4 Be 18 (eighteen) years of age or older.
2.1.5 Be a South African citizen who holds a valid South African identity document and number; which is required for compliance purposes and to validate your winning eligibility, and
2.1.6 Permanently reside in the Republic of South Africa.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 An email must be sent to marketing@maxe.co.za to receive the 10% voucher.
3.2 One voucher equals one accessory to be fitted on a vehicle.
6. GENERAL
6.1 you cannot participate in this Promotion if:
6.1.1 you are a director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of ours;
6.1.2 you are an immediate family member of any of the persons specified in clause 6.1.1;
6.2 These Terms are governed by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
6.3 These Terms apply to the Promotion and all information relating to the Promotion (including any promotional or advertising material that is published).
6.4 We reserve the right to amend these Terms.
6.5 By accepting the voucher, you agree that MAXE will have access to your personal information which they may use to build up a database for future marketing communication.
6.6 The Voucher may not be exchanged for any other item.
6.7 We are not responsible for any loss or damage which you or any third party may suffer as a result of you participating in the Promotion.
